Responsibilities
Performing business/functional requirements analysis, clarifications, scope framing and testing guidelines
Provides functional support in the implementation of standard applications solutions
Conducts meetings, presentation, and workshops with the clients to gather requirements, define functionalities, clarify issues, share product functionalities
Designs new or existing products by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, and writing functional specifications
Recommends controls by identifying problems and suggesting improved procedures
Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation providing specific support and training for end users
Support in functional tests during all test phases as well as following the post go live activities of our assets and incident management
Skills
Degree in technical studies (computers, banking, finances, economics or equivalent.)
